On these pages, you can configure the behavior of the Timetracker.

To open the Timetracker Global Settings: 

  1. Choose  > Apps

  2. Locate TIMETRACKER section and select the Global Settings field.

Users can log time up to this number of days (0-365) into the future compared to the given day. Empty means it is unlimited. To allow a user to log work only for the given day, enter zero.

(info) In the Permission Settings you can add groups for which this will be not valid and they will still be able to create/edit worklog in the configured period.

REST API Tokens

Enable this option to let allow users to generate a REST API token for making and make direct calls to Timetracker in the name of their own user (and with on their behalf, using their own permissions). Tokens that have already been generated will not be withdrawn when this option is disabled.

Disabling this option will not revoke previously generated tokens, but users will be unable to access Timetracker endpoints until it is re-enabled.
