Select List

To create an option for a select list column, type in an option name in the fields with the ‘Set option name’ placeholder and click ‘Add’.

Select list option can contain a maximum of 100 characters.

Select List columns configuration includes:

Data source
- Select ‘Custom values’ to create the options yourself.
- Select an external database to import the select options from. A database connection is required first for this option to be displayed.

When using a SQL database as the source for your select list, you can now filter the results dynamically using a WHERE clause condition.

Maximum number of selected options
Turn your select list into a single-select field by setting '1'
Any set number that is >1 will make the field a multi-select.
Unique values
Check the box to hide the option from the select list drop-down if it is already selected in the table at least once.
